Exhaust gast purification for boiler house fired with coffee grounds :

Eitec's innovative solutions and pioneer installations, combined with their vast experience, have now firmly established it as a distinguished environmental plants supplier able to satisfy increasing regulatory requirements both around the world and across all industries. Due to the great demand for soluble coffees (Nespresso, Senseo, Tassimo, ...) Coffee roasting companies have an excess of coffee-spent which is used as a combustable for their boilers. Unfortunately, exhaust gasses derived from boilers using coffee-spent as a combustable emit both NOx and Sox particulates . However, using "Best Available Technology" comprising a combination of equipment designed, engineered, constructed and installed by EItec GmbH, these pollutants can be scrubbed and reduced to under the norms specified by the IPPC directive (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control). EITec, has supplied a complete environmental plant for a Boiler-house to treat off-gasses using the following consecutive equipment :
• Cyclone (particulates)
• Selective Catalytic Reduction with urea tank (DeNOx < 100mg/m3)
• ECO (Heat exchanger)
• Bag house for fine dust (5mg/m3) and de-sulfurization with Ca(OH)2 injection (DeSOx < 200 mg/m3)

New products :

• Engobes & glazes for roofingtiles
• Gypsum plaster for roofing tile moulds
• Refratechnik Ceramics (Formely Burton)
