The different technologies
Independent from machinery suppliers such as SACME, DORST, NETZSCH, GAROLL, PORVAIR, etc. we deliver moulds adapted to all technologies. These are not standard replicas, but have integrated improvements to the standard yet are made specifically for the intended technology.

Resins
As with tableware we can use the resin currently used for your existing moulds or we can propose adjustments to the porous size & granulometry, to improve performance.

New in Sanitary ware: "Hard Core" Moulds
Derived from our tableware experience, we have adapted this technology for sanitary ware. This unique construction renders the mould more rigid, produces less flexing and augments the overall properties of the mould. These moulds have a hard resin backing which can be re-used 3 to 4 times. Therefore only the porous resin has to be re-coated. This translates in a big cost-saving on sanitary ware moulds!

Replacing plaster Setters with porous resin setters.
After pressure casting the sanitary ware items are placed on plaster setters. CeraForm custom designs and supplies these setters in porous resin material integrating a drainage system.

Galvanised steel frames.
Steel work is done in-house. We have our own construction workshop for fast and totle control of workmanship.
