Ceraform
pressure casting Case- & porous resin moulds
CAD design, Case moulds and Porous resin moulds. Over 20 years of experience in mould making, resin development and pressure casting technology & operation.
We make moulds to suit all type of machinery, adapted with innovative details.

Tableware moulds
First, the case moulds are made startiing at the drawing board. If 3D drawings are not supplied, we'll draw them for you. CAD to CAM and milled on our CNC machine(s). There after there is a choice of construction (full porous or "hard core") and depending on your application, we cast the mould with dedicated porous resin, assuring a long mould live (up to 100.000 pressings have been achieved) with perfect quality. Multi cavity moulds, 2, 3 and 4 part moulds, for dishes, cups and draincasted items. Direct mould milling is the latest. Ask for our advise. |

Sanitary ware moulds
Different technologies and independent from machinery suppliers such as SACME, DORST, NETZSCH, GAROLL, PORVAIR, etc. we deliver moulds adapted to all technologies. These are not standard replicas, but have integrated improvements to the standard yet are made specifically for the intended technology. As with tableware we can use the resin currently used for your existing moulds or we can propose adjustments to the porous size & granulometry, to improve performance. Also "hard cores can be integrated to improve stiffness of the mould construction, resulting in longer life cycles. We fabricate ourselves the galvanised steel frames. |

Moulds for Advanced Ceramics
We have years of experience in pressure cast moulds for ballistic armour protection. This process uses a very abrasive slip (High Alumina or Silicon Carbide) which needs dedicated design, construction and a special porous resin.
Special moulds for one off shapes and various pressing technologies have are regular projects and different solutions are offered. Innovative and unique mould solutions! |

Direct mould milling & prototyping
We can directly mill a mould using a pre-formed resin
block. This results in a smooth surface area after milling.
This technology is currently used for prototyping / first
design moulds, 3 or 4 part moulds and porous resin moulds for smaller items like cups, bowls, flasks, etc.
Our CNC machine(s) can handle all kinds of prototyping: non ferrous materials, tooling board, plastics, etc.
